Probably the best experience I’ve had with an auto repair shop ever. Price was very fair. Quick service, and great communication. I couldn’t be happier with Tri Lakes, and would recommend them to anyone and everyone in the area.Edit: I’ve had some more work done recently on an old truck. I was worried about not being able to get the job done on my own, as there is some rust buildup on these parts. Once again, they did not disappoint. Very fair pricing. Great communication and willing to help however possible. Shout out to Paul and the rest of the team. You are the best around without question.

The folks at TriLakes Collision did a super job. They were very thourough and took care with all the details. More than that, the staff was very friendly and easy to work with. Particularly, Jorge listened very carefully to what I needed and answered all my questions. He is great to work with. I'd definitely use their services again.

Just moved from Canada where we don’t have any front license plates (Alberta, specifically) and there were no holes nor a front license plate holder. I contacted regular automotive repair garages, but none would touch it because if it were to get damaged, only a collision repair shop could do the work.Jimmy did excellent work drilling into the bumper perfectly and making sure that the plate holder was exactly right! The front office was also very polite and helpful getting me an appointment the next morning.I’m going to bring this shop all my future work!

From start to finish, this was a very easy very pleasant experience, especially dealing with a wrecked car. They helped me get the car towed to them. Jorge, the body shop guy who went over the damage, the cost, and reviewed all my options. He was professional, kind, and the first thing he did was ask if everybody was OK in the car accident. Prices are fair. I really appreciate the care and the attention they gave to my car and the help before and after. I highly recommend this business and would definitely take a car back there.

I first got a hold of Tri Lakes Collision after having ran over a trash bag of lawn clippings (including a huge log!) On the middle of the freeway.I'm not native to Colorado (but I got here as fast as I could!) And I'm the person in the friend group who could teach you all about musical Theater, healthcare, and video games. What I can't tell you about is cars. My intelligence with cars is nil. Which can make it very intimidating to find help especially in a new state 1,000 miles away from family and friends.Well let me tell you all my fears were gone after speaking with Gina, the firecracker who runs the front desk. She is so damn nice and has such an awesome personality. She took care of me from the moment I walked in the first time to the moment I left with a fixed vehicle.And that vehicle was left in the more than capable hands of Mr. Jorge. Jorge is a master of communication and updates. Letting me know what was going on every step of the way.Ya know ever since 2020 I've noticed a general lethargy among people in the service industry. It seems we are all scraping by doing the bare minimum. We'll imagine my surprise when Jorge didn't just do his job but he went above and beyond. I am so grateful to find that the small town friendliness, courtesy, respect, and hard working attitudes I grew up with are still able to be found and Tri lakes Collision.

After getting rear ended and the jerk drove off, we asked around and Tri-Lakes was highly recommended by several trusted friends. We went out of our way to get the work done here and we’re glad we did.James and his team are incredible. Loved the ladies at the front desk! They patiently walked us through the confusing steps with our insurance company and car rental and always took our calls to explain where we were in the process. My car came back looking like new! They went above and beyond and are just awesome people.
